Proof of Participation simply means which transaction hashes AKA Lottery Tickets were included or going to be included in a particular draw, if you don't see your wallet or transaction hash AKA Lottery Ticket, it is because you have sent a transaction with the amount less than the ticket price or the transaction is still not confirmed on the blockchain, see Ticket Buying Rules for more information.
